Hi! I’m Dallen, and this is my wife Carey. We started Heart Tech Hub because we both believe technology should make life easier, not more stressful.

I’ve spent years working in IT support, repairs, and troubleshooting everything from everyday laptops to enterprise systems. Over time I realized most people don’t actually need more tech, they just need someone honest who can explain things clearly and fix what’s broken without the runaround. That’s what I try to do here: treat every device like it belongs to a friend, not a ticket number.

Carey brings the creative side to the business. She has a degree in illustration and creates our hand-painted 3D printed pieces, adding a personal, artistic touch you don’t usually see in a tech shop. She also helps shape how everything looks, from our branding to the visual details behind what we offer.

Together we try to balance the technical and the human side of technology, so what we build, repair, and create actually works for real people.
